The whole machine adopts advanced resin sand castings, which are annealed and vibration and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.
C3 ball screw, which is pre-stretched by medium-frequency heat treatment and precision grinding to reduce deformation.
The bed structure is optimized, and the machine tool has good dynamic rigidity.
The three-axis guide rail adopts a fully enclosed protective cover with good protection performance.
Pneumatic broach device, convenient and quick tool change, lubricating oil circuit device, supply oil to the screw rod timing or fixed stroke, prevent the screw rod and bearing, and ensure the processing quality is stable for many years.
The machine tool adopts Taiwan original high-speed precision spindle, Taiwan original high-precision ball screw, Japan NSK bearing, German coupling, to ensure high precision and long life of the machine.
Heavy cutting, high torque, suitable for heavy cutting and surface processing.
