CNC Machine CNC Milling Machine
1.Standard Configuration: High Pressure post-flushing chip removal system
Two motors are installed, one for flushing on both sides and the other for the head to directly cool the workpiece. With a new rear water chip design, it quickly and thoroughly cleans up the debris attached to the inside of the machine. The main purpose is to timely wash away the processing heat generated in the waste, to ensure that the machine can process the workpiece at a stable temperature, to ensure the processing accuracy and surface finish of the workpiece; and to ensure the accuracy of the machine.

3D
Function: Automatically recognize machine tool error, automatically compensate machine tool accuracy; online surface measurement; out of 3D pattern ratio for the report.
Effect: Improve the processing capability and accuracy of the machine; Complete the online correction once,improve production efficiency and avoid rework.
Uses: precision measurement of mold surface, mold core, cavity,large mold blank depth, step,groove position.
2.Oil mist collector
The rotation of the blade is based on the principle of centrifugal force. The pressure is high, the noise is low, and the air volume is large. The oil mist in the processing machine can be quickly sucked out to avoid the impact on human health. Energy-saving and carbon-reduction in the processing and production plant with central air conditioning, after the installation of the oil mist recovery machine, cold air leakage can be avoided, the affect of the cold room is also reduced, and the life and efficiency of the machine are greatly improved.
